How To Decipher Batch Codes

The batch code used on most of our products are the Julian Date format. This allows you to decipher the number to come up with the manufacturing date.

The format is...
YYDDD
YY = year, DDD = day

For example, 19200 translates to the 200th day of 2019, or July 19, 2019. Use the charts below to decipher batch codes. The first one is for normal calendar years, and the second one is for leap years.

Julian Dates - Normal Calendar Years

The following chart shows what month the DDD part of a Julian date represents in perpetual calendar years.
Standard years: 2001-2003, 2005-2007, 2009-2011, 2013-2015, 2017-2019, 2021-2023, 2025-2027
